The jobs

Which job is right for you?

Not one of many. But yours!

Employees in the rotation system

As an employee in the rotation system, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You sell our products at the cash register or at the drive-in, advise our guests and ensure with a clean guest room that our guests feel comfortable at all times. Or you stand in the kitchen and prepare our products and thereby not just make burgers, but real works of art. When you chop onions, you can of course cry once, otherwise the work in the team ensures real variety.

We offer you real opportunities, because of course all career opportunities are open to you. Regardless of whether you work for us full-time, part-time or as a temporary worker (also perfect for schoolchildren and students, by the way), we adhere to the collective bargaining agreement for system catering and even pay an above-standard wage directly (depending on the location, at least € 11.00 or € 12.00 per hour). If you already have BURGER KING or (system) gastronomy experience, a higher wage is also possible. Of course, you will then also receive appropriate surcharges, for example for night hours or public holidays, as well as vacation and Christmas bonuses. Your food and drinks during your working hours are of course on us here.

And because no master has fallen from the sky, you will of course be trained for each station.

So that you can plan better, we of course create the duty roster in advance and via an online access or smartphone app (if you want), you have access to your duty roster at any time and can also see how much you've worked so far. Should you ever have something in mind, we will of course consider your duty roster requests as well as possible. It all sounds pretty fair - and it is.

We expect from you ...

Friendly behavior towards our guests and colleagues, willingness to work shifts, good knowledge of German, fun and enjoyment of teamwork

Shift supervisor

The first step on your career ladder is the position of shift supervisor and you are already part of restaurant management. Here you are responsible for your respective shift and therefore also for employees and guests. You make sure that the BURGER KING guidelines are adhered to and that the guests feel comfortable. Among other things, you will check the temperatures of our devices and products, take an inventory and accept deliveries. Should there be a complaint, you are the first point of contact and you will find a solution with our guests. You send your employees into the well-deserved break or after work and also lend a hand when your help is needed. The training and motivation of the employees is also in your hands. Settlement of cash and safe balances including documentation shows that you can take responsibility.

As a shift supervisor, you also have all the advantages of the collective bargaining agreement for system catering and of course you can also access your duty roster at any time via your staff access online or via the app.

Assistant Manager

As an assistant manager, you are one step higher than the shift supervisor, so to speak "the right hand" of the restaurant manager. In addition to the tasks of the shift supervisor, you make sure with the orders that the goods never run out. You will also support the restaurant manager in drafting the duty roster and, if necessary, also conduct job interviews.

As a restaurant manager, you are responsible for your restaurant. Of course, you always lend a hand yourself, but above all you make sure that there are always enough employees with the duty roster. You hire new employees and ensure that your team is always trained and motivated. Ordering goods, taking inventories and making sure that your guests are always comfortable are, of course, also part of it.

You always have an open ear for your team and are available to everyone with advice and action.
